These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wc567 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://wc567.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality provided therein.

By accessing, browsing or using the wc567 platform in any capacity — including registering an account, depositing funds, participating in games or sports betting markets, or simply accessing informational content — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

All Users are required to complete the platform's registration process accurately and in full. wc567 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point during account use — including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change in account details, or if suspicious activity is identified.

Standard KYC documentation that may be requested includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., a Pakistani CNIC or a valid international passport);
• Proof of residential address, where applicable (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the submitting individual matches the identification document provided;

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified identity documents;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc567 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, server outages or third-party service disruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;

12.1 Termination by User. You may close your wc567 account at any time by submitting a written closure request through the platform's support channel. 12.2 Termination by wc567. wc567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all licences granted to the User under these Terms will immediately cease. Bonus funds and any promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc567 holds its operating licence, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Users accessing the wc567 platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative. It is the User's sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation. wc567 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
